RETURNS POLICY

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept exchanges unless we've made a mistake on your order. Sadwire reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, and credit card information is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.

Please email: sadwire.contact@gmail.com with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.

We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
